Barrister
Charlotte Walker’s practice encompasses all of Chambers’ Practice Areas and she is regularly instructed on matters in the High Courts, County Courts and specialist tribunals throughout England and Wales, by some of the largest law firms and financial institutions. She has successfully represented a number of motor and consumer finance institutions over the course of her career.
Charlotte has over 20 years’ experience representing both Claimants and Defendants in over of 7,000 hearings. Charlotte is often described by clients as a confident and persuasive advocate.
Charlotte’s practice encompasses a wide range of civil areas including Personal Injury, Chancery, Landlord and Tenant, Debt and Insolvency; an accomplished courtroom advocate, Charlotte also welcomes instructions for mediation and written work and if often asked to advise in complex and challenging work.
Following completion of pupillage at a prestigious common law chambers in London, Charlotte spent several years in the Middle East and United States before returning to the United Kingdom to resume her legal career in 2001.
