Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Rights Civil Proceedings)

Andrew was admitted to the role of solicitors in 2015 having obtained his law degree from the University of Exeter and undertaking his Legal Practice Course at the University of the West of England.

He currently operates from the South West of England, having settled in Torbay. Generally, his practice takes him to courts as far as Bristol, London and Truro. The bulk of his practice area involves landlord & tenant disputes and personal injury matters. Andrew has experience in road traffic accidents, employer's liability and public liability.

Andrew has represented both Claimants and Defendants since 2016 in matters including enforcement action, insolvency, interim applications, trials and appeals In 2019 he obtained his Higher Rights in Civil Proceedings.

Outside of work Andrew enjoys cooking, swimming, sports and fantasy table top games
