Barrister
Michael read law at university and was called to the bar, whereafter his legal practice began in the county courts, specialising in housing, personal injury and insolvency.
Michael was instrumental in establishing 25 Canada Square Chambers and obtaining its AETO status (pupillage provider) with the BSB. As a consultant, he provides advice on governance and strategy.
Michael is also a visiting lecturer at the Inns of Court College of Advocacy, and sits as a fee-paid civil judge in the courts in London, Sussex and Kent.
