Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Rights Civil Proceedings)
Zachariah Arabeh completed his training contract at a large high street firm, where he gained experience dealing with complex personal injury and contract dispute.
After qualifying as Solicitor Advocate (Higher Courts Civil Proceedings) in 2018, Zachariah went on to work as in-house Counsel for one of the largest and most respected defendant law firms in the insurance industry where he gained experience drafting defences and attending hearings.
For the past 5 years, Zachariah has worked as an advocate and is regularly instructed to attend fast track trials for both Claimants and Defendants in various areas of law including but not limited to personal injury cases involving credit hire and fundamental dishonesty as well as contract and commercial disputes relating to consumer rights issues.
Zachariah also has a wealth of experience drafting pieces of advice on both quantum and prospects of success.
